Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, you will still have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.
2. Refund Requests
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our educational schedules and services within the first 7 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided after the 7-day period has passed, or for renewal charges if you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via our payment provider, Paddle.
